How much notice do I need to give you to collect an order?

Preferably one working day, but we may be able to collect sooner for urgent items.

How should I give you my clothes?

We can take your clothes if they’re in a big plastic sack, alternatively we can let you have one of our laundry carriers. We would prefer not to have many little bags from one customer.

Do I need to separate my dry cleaning from my ironing?

We can separate if the dry cleaning is clearly labelled and bagged with the ironing.

Do you collect and deliver to my home?

Butlerz will travel to your home or office within our area, normally on the set days we would be in your area.

What time will you collect my ironing and dry cleaning?

When you contact us we’ll arrange a time to suit you, giving you a two hour slot for us to visit you.

Can you return my dry cleaning next day?

We normally require four days for dry cleaning so that your clothes can receive the attention they deserve. However, we’ll try returning them sooner if required.

When can you return my laundered shirts?

Our shirt service usually takes a four days if we launder your shirts.

Do I need to give you hangers?

We automatically supply hangers, though we welcome any wire hangers you might otherwise be throwing away.

What are your payment terms?

We can take cash on delivery, and Bacs transfers prior to delivery for new customers.

If there’s a problem with my delivery what should I do?
|
We are sure that you will be delighted with our service. However, if in the unlikely event of there being a problem you should report it to us by email within 24 hours of receiving your order. We cannot accept responsibility after 24 hours
